Prayer Opportunities for Pastors

Pastors have sought out opportunities to pray with others since their call into ministry. We strive to help pastors find meaningful opportunities such as prayer gatherings to pray over the destiny of our city, prayer clusters to allow pastors to have oppotunity to focus on their own call and ministry circumstance. We also encourage pastors to create a prayer shield of trusted intercessors who will stand in the gap for their ministry. Pastors lead their congregation into prayer by being Pastors of Prayer.

Executive Pastor Fellowship Group

University Ministers: Inspire Students to Pray for Their Campus

University ministry organizations, both church-based and parachurch have a history of co-operation for all-campus events. If your ministry focus is university students and want to get involved in these collaborative events, contact us for more information.

Worship Leaders Uniting for the City

Worship Leaders are uniting in Lubbock with a desire to offer city-wide praise to God through semiannual nights of worship. There are also quarterly gatherings for fellowship over lunch. Their aim is to pray for the Church in the city, encourage partnership, write worship music together and bring glory to God through the unity of His Body. Fellowship of Christian Athletes will have their Fields of Faith event at the Jones on October 9th and are looking for volunteers in many categories. There will be youth responding to a call to salvation and recommitment and FCA passionately wants to connect those kids with the Bible, prayer and a local church.
