Week 2 - Revival of God's People

Desired Outcome for today’s prayer: The Body of Christ, the Church, the Kingdom of God and all entities that exist and serve in Jesus' Name and with Biblical mandate needs revival for we are all, collectively, the hands, feet and voice of Jesus. Acts 3:19 "Therefore repent and return, so that your sins may be wiped away, in order that times of refreshing may come from the presence of the Lord."

Christian churches and organizations in mind as we pray:  Christian congregations, Christian ministries, Christian radio, university ministries, pastors, ministers, rectors and priests, Christian denominational regional staff, home churches, youth ministries, children’s ministries, prayer ministries, local church prayer leaders, Sunday schools, elders, deacons, church board officers and members, missionary organizations, prison ministries, counseling ministries, All-City Worship Leaders Fellowship, Pray Lubbock Ministry Team, Children’s Home of Lubbock, Buckner Family Hope Center, Methodist Children’s Home, Across the Street Ministry, Kingdom CO-OP, Lubbock House of Prayer, 132 House of Prayer, Encounter - a House of Prayer, Open Door, Kingdom Come Ministries, Lubbock Dream Center, Christian Counselors, St. Benedict's Chapel, Child Evangelism Fellowship, Quest Restorations Ministries, Exodus Prison Ministry, John 8:32 Prison Ministry, Water Hose Ministries, Habitat for Humanity, One Heart Foster Alliance,  

Pray for fresh wind and fresh fire over the following members of the Body of Christ:  

• Pastors, ministers, rectors, and priests to surge with passion for God and a desire to know God and His Word more deeply   

• All Pastoral Staff to desire and pursue knowing God’s voice, the Holy Spirit and find new power and purpose  

• Send a wave of renewal over, elders, deacons, committee members, board members, church staffs and congregations  

• Bless Senior Christians with a new desire to pour their lives into younger Christians, and strengthen generational ties that honor God   

• Empower congregations to embrace Jesus’ style of discipleship and breath fire and passion on the Lubbock Discipleship Network  

• Bring alive new enthusiasm in youth, youth pastors, youth directors and youth workers that Gen Zs would raise the standard for the Body of Christ!  

• New life growth and interconnection in family groups, small groups, Sunday School classes, home groups, Bible Studies,   

• Inspire worship leaders and worship teams to a new deeper level of passion for the Lord which leads the congregations to a profounder place of worship  

• Renew Pray Lubbock and all Christian Ministries whose basis for existence is God’s Word and Jesus’ Lordship to greater effectiveness  

• Call our local church prayer leaders and prayer ministries to deeper and more consistent prayer  

• May congregations realize the power of unity with other congregations discover the blessing and anointing that comes with dwelling in unity  

• Encourage congregations that seem to be declining to begin to increase in passion for You and then grow spiritually and numerically 

2 Cor 11:2 – I am jealous for you with a godly jealousy. I promised you to one husband, to Christ, so that I might present you as a pure virgin to him.
