Pray for these issues which prevent civic servants from performing their duty in ways that honor God:

• Lust for power which derails humble service before God

• A spirit of contention that prevents collaboration and forward progress in government issues

• Desire to normalize ungodly community standards, same-sex marriages, gender fluidity, abortion, euthanasia, human cloning, calling Truth “hate speech”

• When fear of man overrules our Fear of God

• Corruption in government, that allows government to “Lord it over” the people

• Pressure for Judges to make biased decisions based on culture rather than unbiased decisions based on God’s Word on which our constitution was founded

• Fear that can paralyze our armed services fighting for our freedom and fear that can steal peace and security from their families

• Fear associated with the dangers law enforcement officers face every day

• The enemy’s schemes that can cause confusion and poor judgment on the part of government leaders

• The fear that can overwhelm firefighters and EMS workers when they go into dangerous life-threatening scenes to bring assistance, safety and rescue

• Correction wherever the enemy has authored community standards that are unjust, unfair, or stifling of individual freedoms

• Sprit of indifference that has caused mass illiteracy of the Bible, the U. S. Constitution and the historical link between the two

Proverbs 31:8-9 "Speak up for those who cannot speak for themselves, for the rights of all who are destitute. Speak up and judge fairly; defend the rights of the poor and needy."
