Frequently Asked Questions:

Where is a good entry point for a new pastor in town?

We have our pastors and Congregations grouped geographically into clusters across the city.  Each of these clusters meet independently of one another in order that each group can find the best time to meet.  In most cases it is once per month.  If you are new in Lubbock, contact steve@praylubbock.com and Steve will let you know who the convener is in your neighborhood.

Can chaplains retired pastors and ministry leaders be involved in these cluster prayer meetings?

Yes.  Contact steve@praylubbock.com to learn of the cluster grouping near your home, office or place of ministry.  Steve will get you in contact with the convener in your area.

Do the pastors still meet on the 19th floor of the Metro Tower for prayer?

After ten years of monthly meetings for pastors, we have regrouped in to neighborhood clusters for prayer.  This allows pastors to meet for prayer without traveling the distance to the Metro Tower.

Can groups still meet on the 19th floor of the metro tower for prayer?

Yes.  Contact steve@praylubbock.com to schedule your group to meet for prayer at this unique vantage point over the city.  There is currently no fee for using this facility for prayer.

"'For I know the plans I have for you,' declares the Lord, 'plans for welfare and not for calamity to give you a future and a hope.  Then you will call upon Me and come and pray to Me, and I will listen to you.  And you will seek Me and find Me, when you search for Me with all your heart.'"  Jeremiah 29:11-13
