2008 Prayer Meetings
for Pastors
"You can't get this
anywhere else"
Click here for a brochure describing the rationale and
monumental call for pastors to assemble together and pray.

pastors of the city meet every 3rd Wednesday of
the month at noon for prayer, usually on the 19th

Objectives:
- As always our purpose for
gathering monthly is meet as spiritual leaders of the
city to pray for our city and pray for one another –
This will be a prayer meeting that meets those standards
- To better understand the unique
needs of each quadrant of the city, spiritual, social,
economic, demographics, and any other characteristics
distinctive to that part of the city. These issues will
be the “prayer list” for the day.
- To get better acquainted with and
pray blessings over the host congregation
- To be informed of the other
congregations in that part of the city and pray for them
and their pastors
- To give the host pastor of the
congregation an opportunity to reach out and involve
other pastors in the target area. If present, we would
like to pray for the pastors of that quadrant as a group
- To allow extended fellowship for
the pastors through a meal served in the host pastors
church
- To involve area pastors in the
hosting and/or provisions of the meal.
- To strengthen the unity of the
pastors in the city by increasing our understanding and
appreciation of our city’s components
